Comprising a gas turbine and a main steam turbine, the gas turbine and the main steam turbine are connected in parallel and connected to a generator through an opening and closing device, the main steam turbine is connected with a steam heat supply device through a pipeline, the steam heat supply device is a boiler or an auxiliary steam turbine in a running state, and the main steam turbine is composed of a medium-low pressure cylinder and a high pressure cylinder.
