The shell is of an egg-box-shaped shell structure and is made of a fiber reinforced composite material, and plastic deformation of the shell in the pressing process can absorb more impact energy, so that the anti-explosion and anti-impact protection performance of the structure is improved; the lining layer is a polyurea coating, and the polyurea coating coated on the explosion-back surface of the shell consumes part of impact energy through tensile deformation and can prevent fragments from splashing, so that secondary damage of the fragments to a human body or a structure is reduced; and the buffer layer is made of a foam concrete porous material for buffering and absorbing energy.
