The anti-drawing three-dimensional vibration double-control decoupling system comprises an upper structure, a vertical vibration/shock isolation device, a horizontal shock isolation device and a lower foundation. One end of the vertical vibration/seismic isolation device is connected with the upper structure, the other end of the vertical vibration/seismic isolation device is connected with the horizontal seismic isolation device, and the horizontal seismic isolation device is connected with the lower foundation. Different negative stiffness areas can be adjusted according to design, so that vibration double control is achieved, horizontal vibration isolation and vertical vibration isolation/vibration can be achieved at the same time, mutual decoupling is achieved, and the tension phenomenon does not occur in the whole system.
