The acid-resistant steel comprises the following chemical components: C, Si, Mn, P, S, Al, Nb, V, Cr, Sb, Ni, N and Fe. Wherein the content of the C is 0.010%-0.025% by mass, the content of the Mn is 0.2%-0.4% by mass, the content of the Cr is 1.3%-2.0% by mass, the content of the Sb is 0.03%-0.07% by mass, and the content of the Ni is 0.05%-0.10% by mass; and the following relational expression is satisfied: [Ni]/[Sb] > = 1.0.
