Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a manganese-based less-slag smelting accelerant, and relates to the field of steel smelting production. The method adopts the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass: 80%-84% of silicomanganese slag, less than 12% of dust-removed recycled ore, 2%-3% of cement and 2%-3% of an adhesive. Wherein the silicomanganese slag comprises the following main components in percentage by mass: 12%-25% of CaO, 12%-25% of Al2O3, 8%-15% of MnO, 35%-45% of SiO2 and 0.5%-5% of MgO; the dust-removed recycled ore comprises the following main components in percentage by mass: 2%-5% of CaO, 1%-5% of Al2O3, 20%-25% of MnO, 20%-25% of SiO2 and 1%-2% of MgO; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing and stirring the raw materials including the silicomanganese slag, the dedusted recycled ore, the cement and the adhesive, then rolling by a compression roller device, then adding water and pressing balls by a ball forming machine for forming, and then drying.
