Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a molecular marker for the fast growth character of litopenaeus vannamei, a detection primer and application. The SNP molecular marker significantly related to the fast growth character is located at the 308bp site (namely, the P2638 site in a DAN4-like cell wall protein coding gene dan4) of a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the genotypes of the site comprise G/G, A/A and G/A types. The prawn individuals with the SNP sites of A/A homozygous genotypes have obviously fast growth speed, the prawn individuals with the SNP sites of G/G homozygous genotypes have relatively slow growth speed, and the prawn individuals with the SNP sites of G/A heterozygous genotypes have medium growth speed.
