Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of verification of interaction of multiple fluorescent molecular proteins and formation of a complex, in particular to a TriFC test system for detecting a complex formed by three plant proteins and application of the TriFC test system. The TriFC test system comprises: 1) an expression cassette A which expresses a first fusion protein by VN154 and a first target gene CDS which are connected in series; 2) an expression cassette B which expresses a second fusion protein by a second target gene CDS sequence and VN156-173 which are connected in series; 3) an expression cassette C which expresses a third fusion protein by a third target gene CDS sequence and VN174 which are connected in series; the sequences of the VN154, the VN156-173 and the VN174 are sequentially as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1 to SEQ ID NO. 3.
