Reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive for edge sealing and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive for edge sealing and a preparation method thereof. The reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive for edge sealing is prepared from crystalline polyester polyol, liquid polyester polyol, amorphous polyester polyol, a nucleating agent, tackifying resin, thermoplastic resin, inorganic filler, diisocyanate, polyisocyanate and a catalyst. The nucleating agent is one or more of quinacridone, a monoazo compound, diketopyrrolopyrrole, isoindoline, phthalocyanine or a derivative of quinacridone, monoazo compound, diketopyrrolopyrrole, isoindoline and phthalocyanine; the thermoplastic resin is hydroxy acrylic resin; and the polyisocyanate is polymerized MDI (Diphenyl Diisocyanate). The reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive for edge sealing has the advantages of being short in opening time, high in initial adhesion, large in final bonding strength and moderate in melting viscosity, is excellent in comprehensive performance and has a good market prospect.
