Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a rapidly crystallized PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin composition for engineering plastics as well as a preparation method and application of the rapidly crystallized PET resin composition. The PET resin composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 98-102 parts of PET, 0.5-1.8 parts of a nucleating agent and 2-5 parts of hydrogel, the nucleating agent is a metal salt nucleating agent, the average particle size D50 of the hydrogel is 29-48 [mu] m, and the water content of the hydrogel is 42%-68%. According to the PET resin composition disclosed by the invention, the crystallization rate of PET can be improved, and meanwhile, the material can be kept to have good mechanical properties. 本发明公开了一种工程塑料用的快速结晶PET树脂组合物及其制备方法和应用。所述PET树脂组合物,以重量份计,包括如下组分:PET 98-102份,成核剂0.5-1.8份,水凝胶2-5份,其中,所述成核剂为金属盐类成核剂,所述水凝胶的平均粒径D50为29-48μm,所述水凝胶的含水率为42%-68%。本发明的PET树脂组合物在提高PET结晶速率的同时能够保持材料具有良好的机械性能。
