The invention provides rapidly-cured vitrimer resin and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that 10-100 parts of an acid curing agent and 100 parts of epoxy resin are mixed, the mixture is stirred to react for 20-180 minutes at the temperature of 60-100 DEG C and cooled to the room temperature, and pre-cured resin A still having flowability is obtained; mixing 0.1-10 parts of an amine curing agent, 0.1-10 parts of an accelerant and 0.1-5 parts of a polymerization inhibitor with the resin A, and stirring at 20-60 DEG C for 10-60 minutes to obtain resin B; and pouring the resin B into a mold, and curing for 10-30 minutes under the conditions that the pressure is 1-10 MPa and the temperature is 120-160 DEG C, so as to obtain the vitrimer resin cured product.
