Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a monoclonal antibody of hemorrhagic fever virus and application thereof, and relates to the fields of biotechnology and virology. According to the invention, a mouse monoclonal antibody with specific neutralizing activity is screened, mainly aims at the Gc protein of the Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus, and can specifically recognize and neutralize the linear epitope of the structural domain II in the Gc protein of the Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus; a freezing electron microscope shows that a neutralization site is located in a fusion ring region of glycoprotein Gc, and a biological membrane layer interference experiment shows that the fusion ring region has relatively strong interaction with sGc tripolymer protein. The meso-inhibition concentration of the monoclonal antibody to primary viruses cultured by sensitive cells is 40ng/mL, and the monoclonal antibody has complete protection activity in a lethal mouse infection model, and can be used for preparing a Crimean-Cong |
