Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a printing nozzle preparation method and device based on micropore filling. Filler particle parameters corresponding to a filling material of a to-be-machined part are obtained, and a first aperture parameter is obtained according to aperture parameters of the to-be-machined part and the filler particle parameters; a first length parameter is obtained according to the hole depth parameter of the to-be-machined part and a preset first proportion, and the first hole diameter parameter and the first length parameter serve as the tip size; and the nozzle machining part is machined based on the tip size, the printing nozzle is obtained, and micropore filling treatment is conducted on the to-be-machined part through the printing nozzle. The printing nozzle similar to an insect mouthpart in shape can be generated by combining the aperture parameter of the workpiece to be machined and the corresponding filler particle parameter, so that the printing nozzle can extend into a micropore with a hi
