Spraying layers are arranged on the two sides of the flue gas partition plate respectively, two independent slurry circulation processes are achieved in one desulfurization tower, flue gas is subjected to two-time gas-liquid contact in the desulfurization tower, and efficient removal of sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is achieved. The spraying layer of the desulfurization tower and the liquid level height of the slurry pool can be reduced, the lift and power of the slurry circulating pump and the oxidation fan are reduced, and the purpose of reducing the operation power consumption of a desulfurization system is achieved.
