Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an advancing offset compensation method and system for an ultrasonic guided needle knife, and relates to the technical field of ultrasonic guided needle knives, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an echo image of a target region; establishing a tissue-imaging feature comparison library, identifying the echo image of the target area, and determining a tissue boundary and a tissue structure of the target area; determining a target spot tissue; inputting the target tissue as a needle-knife positioning point into a needle-knife control module, and monitoring ultrasonic display data acting on the needle-knife according to the needle-knife control module; inputting into the display restoration compensation module, obtaining ultrasonic display restoration data acting on the needle knife according to the display restoration compensation module, and then performing offset compensation according to the ultrasonic display restoration data. The method solves the technical problem that th
