The method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a load test to perform multi-modal data acquisition; s2, adding noise to the data, preprocessing the data, extracting features and constructing a data set; s3, constructing a plurality of classification models; s4, constructing an integrated model based on a hand raising voting method; and S5, classifying the electroencephalogram and electrocardio data of the subject by using the integrated model.
