Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of bone soup and the bone soup and food thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: an emulsifying step: emulsifying second bone soup with an emulsifying machine at a rotating speed of 12000-14000 RPM for 24-26 min to obtain emulsified second bone soup which does not contain an emulsifier, a stabilizer or a thickening agent, and an emulsifying step: emulsifying the second bone soup with the emulsifying machine at a rotating speed of 12000-14000 RPM for 24-26 min to obtain the emulsified second bone soup which does not contain an emulsifying agent, a stabilizing agent or a thickening agent; and a homogenizing step: the emulsified second bone soup is homogenized, the homogenizing pressure is 25-30 MPa, the homogenizing frequency is one time, the bone soup is obtained, and the average particle size of fat in the bone soup is 2 microns. According to the technical scheme, under the condition that an emulsifying agent, a stabilizing agent or a thickeni
