According to the application disclosed by the invention, the fructus schisandrae chinensis fruit extract has an antibacterial effect on the alternaria alternata, a phenylpropanoid compound benzocaine in the fructus schisandrae chinensis fruit extract has a relatively strong effect of inhibiting the alternaria alternata, and EC50 is 42.99 mg/L. Benzocaine accounts for 14.19% of the fructus schisandrae extract, and is a main antibacterial component in fructus schisandrae. Benzocaine can effectively prevent the occurrence of the apple black spot, has a certain treatment effect on the apple black spot, and mainly has a protection effect. 本发明公开了苯佐卡因在采后苹果黑斑病防治中的应用。本发明发现，北五味子果实提取物对互格交链孢具有抑菌效果，且其中的苯丙素类化合物苯佐卡因具有较强抑制互格交链孢的效果，EC50为42.99mg/L。北五味子果实提取物中苯佐卡因占比14.19％，是北五味子果实中主要的抑菌成分。苯佐卡因能有效预防苹果黑斑病的发生，对苹果黑斑病有一定的治疗效果，以保护作用为主。
