According to the application disclosed by the invention, the fructus schisandrae chinensis fruit extract has an antibacterial effect on the alternaria alternata, a phenylpropanoid compound benzocaine in the fructus schisandrae chinensis fruit extract has a relatively strong effect of inhibiting the alternaria alternata, and EC50 is 42.99 mg/L. Benzocaine accounts for 14.19% of the fructus schisandrae extract, and is a main antibacterial component in fructus schisandrae. Benzocaine can effectively prevent the occurrence of the apple black spot, has a certain treatment effect on the apple black spot, and mainly has a protection effect.
