The high-side driving circuit comprises a high-side power tube; the forward clamping sub-circuit is connected between the grid electrode and the source electrode of the high-side power tube, and the voltage between the grid electrode of the high-side power tube and the source electrode of the high-side power tube can be clamped by adopting adjustable clamping voltage; the high-side power supply supplies power to the forward clamping sub-circuit and the high-side power tube respectively; one end of the forward switching tube is connected with the forward clamping sub-circuit and the grid electrode of the high-side power tube, the other end of the forward switching tube is connected with a high-side power supply, and the forward switching tube is switched on when the high-side power tube is switched on and controls the forward clamping sub-circuit to work when the high-side power tube is switched on.
