Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an arc-shaped skeleton based on a DCT coil configuration and a manufacturing method thereof. The arc-shaped skeleton comprises a plurality of skeleton units which are spliced end to end; the axial surfaces of the plurality of framework units are positioned on the same plane, and the framework units with trapezoidal or fan-shaped axial surfaces are cut from the straight cylindrical DCT coil and are spliced to form the arc-shaped framework. The manufacturing difficulty is reduced, and the problems of large machining amount, high cost, long period and the like in the integral forming process are solved.
