Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an efficient dredging planning method and device for an urban drainage pipe network and a storage medium, and the planning method comprises the steps: constructing an SWMM urban pipe network model, and correcting the SWMM urban pipe network model based on an actual measurement pipe network discharge port flow process; simulating and calculating the flow velocity of each pipeline through the SWMM urban pipe network model, and determining the distribution rule of pipe network sedimentation; on the basis of the pipe network drainage capacity under different sedimentation working conditions, a relation curve of the global sedimentation coefficient and the pipe network drainage capacity is constructed, and the optimal dredging moment is determined; calling a dynamic link library generated on the basis of a VISUAL STUDIO platform, and starting a calculation engine of the SWMM model; and by taking the urban pipe network siltation working condition corresponding to the optimal dredging moment
