The method comprises the following steps: S1, establishing a pollutant concentration change equation; s2, establishing a water flux equation at a river section in a to-be-studied period; s3, based on the water flux equation and the pollutant concentration change equation at the section, establishing a pollutant flux equation at the section of the river in the to-be-studied period; and according to the pollutant flux equation, calculating to obtain the hourly flux of the pollutants at the section of the to-be-researched time period.
