The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a three-dimensional design model drawing and a plurality of target monitoring objects of the transformer substation; according to the three-dimensional design model drawing, determining an available point distribution area of the transformer substation; grid division is carried out on the area for point distribution, and a grid distribution diagram for point distribution is generated; for each target monitoring object, performing projection operation according to the target monitoring object and the grid distribution diagram for point distribution to obtain a projectable grid distribution diagram of each target monitoring object; according to the projectable grid distribution map of all the target monitoring objects, determining a monitorable object corresponding to each grid unit in the distributable grid
