The time window adjusting circuit comprises a time window sub-circuit and an adaptive adjusting sub-circuit. The time window sub-circuit is configured to output a first time signal when receiving a trigger signal; and the second time signal is further configured to output a second time signal under the action of the control signal. The first time signal and the second time signal together form a time window signal. The adaptive adjustment sub-circuit is coupled with the control end of the time window sub-circuit. And the adaptive adjustment sub-circuit is configured to adjust the control signal under different working conditions and provide the control signal to the time window sub-circuit, so that a plurality of time window signals output by the time window sub-circuit have consistent time window length.
