Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a gradient electric field and gradient drug concentration combined test device, method and system. The device comprises an external circuit and a combined test chip, the joint test chip comprises a porous micro-cell culture chamber and conductive parallel plates mounted on each side surface of the porous micro-cell culture chamber, and an external circuit is connected with the conductive parallel plates on any two adjacent sides of the porous micro-cell culture chamber; the external circuit is used for outputting a specific square wave signal so as to generate two superposed alternating electric fields in different directions on the porous micro-cell culture chamber, so that the porous micro-cell culture chamber is in a gradient electric field; and the porous micro cell culture room is used for loading tumor cells and chemotherapeutic drugs with gradient concentration.
