Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of detection of tobacco additives, and relates to a method for analyzing non-volatile substances in a tobacco additive. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a sample with a dispersing solvent and an internal standard solution, performing pretreatment, performing oximation derivatization reaction through methoxyamine hydrochloride, and performing silanization derivatization reaction through bis (trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide to obtain a derivatization sample reaction solution; and analyzing and determining the non-volatile substances from the derivatization sample reaction liquid by using a GC/MS method. According to the method disclosed by the invention, on the basis of the properties of compounds difficult to volatilize, reactive hydrogen in organic acid compounds, alcohol compounds, amino acid compounds, alkaloid compounds, carbohydrates, sugar alcohol compounds, polyphenol compounds and other compounds is substituted by adopting a two-step derivatization |
