The experimental platform comprises a control terminal, a fire simulation system, an energy release monitoring system and a temperature acquisition system, and the control terminal is used for monitoring the operation of the fire simulation system and receiving data acquired by the energy release monitoring system and the temperature acquisition system. A bridge fire environment is simulated through the fire simulation system, the bridge fire quality combustion rate and flame morphological characteristics are obtained, temperature parameters of a steel vertical rod of a simulation cable in the fire environment are collected through a thermocouple set in the temperature collection system, the temperature parameters are stored through the temperature storage device, and then the control terminal processes and analyzes the temperature parameters.
