Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a photoacoustic wide-field imaging system and method based on optical coherence detection.The system comprises an optical excitation device, a sound wave delay encoder and an optical coherence detection device.According to the photoacoustic wide-field imaging system based on optical coherence detection, the interference principle is used for detecting detection point vibration caused when a photoacoustic signal is propagated in the sound wave delay encoder; reconstruction of wide-field imaging signals of the same area is completed by collecting calibration signals of the imaging area, and therefore a high-quality imaging result is obtained through the high-sensitivity signal detection capacity and the unique image reconstruction process. According to the invention, a photoacoustic signal is coded on an interference signal by using an interference principle of light. Compared with a detection method based on an ultrasonic transducer, the method for detecting by using laser has the advan
