Railway hardened ballast testing device

The invention relates to a railway hardened ballast testing device. The railway device comprises a railway ballast box, a hydraulic longitudinal loading assembly and a horizontal feeding assembly. A piezoelectric force sensor connected to a scrabbling knife of the device sends collected data to a dynamic signal analyzer for analysis. According to the device disclosed by the invention, while the binding force of the hardened ballast stone sample is tested, the conditions of stress, abrasion, service life, structural rationality, construction efficiency and the like of the device in the actual use process are reflected by collecting stress data of the scrabbling knife in the detection process; therefore, an engineering designer can improve the shape and the performance of the scrabbling knife according to a simulation result. And by simulating the stress condition under the actual use condition, the operation parameters and the construction mode of the railway ballast cleaning machine can be optimized, so that
