The combined heat and power generation system combining solar power generation with the absorption heat pump comprises a solar heat collection loop, a power generation loop and the absorption heat pump. The solar heat collection loop is composed of a solar array, a heat conduction oil pump and a first evaporator, the heat conduction oil which absorbs solar energy and is heated in the solar array is divided into two paths by the heat conduction oil pump, one path enters the first evaporator and then exchanges heat with a first cycle working medium in the power generation loop, and the other path enters the absorption heat pump; the power generation loop is composed of a first evaporator, a turbine, a condenser, a solution tank and a solution supply pump, and the solution supply pump extracts a liquid first cycle working medium from the solution tank, changes the liquid first cycle working medium into a gaseous first cycle working medium through heat exchange in the first evaporator and then enters the turbine
