The self-damping and self-stroke-adjusting valve body structure comprises a valve body, a valve body guide rod, valve body rubber, a damping ring, a temperature difference adjusting ring, a spring, a cylinder cover and a valve seat. When the valve body is opened and closed, the damping ring and the temperature difference adjusting ring which are arranged on the guide rod can well improve the righting and damping effects between the guide rod of the valve body and the guide hole of the cylinder cover; the temperature difference adjusting ring can properly increase friction force with the matching hole due to the fact that thermal expansion of the temperature difference adjusting ring is larger than expansion of the matching hole, under the action of the friction force, the operation stroke (lift) of the valve body can be correspondingly reduced, the valve body can operate more stably, closing impact of the val
