Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a method for preparing gamma-aminobutyric acid, which comprises the following steps: mixing glutamic acid with water to prepare feed liquid, and adjusting the pH value of the feed liquid to 5.5-6.0 by using ammonia water; adding coenzyme, a defoaming agent and amino acid decarboxylase into the feed liquid, and carrying out catalytic reaction to generate gamma-aminobutyric acid. The method for preparing gamma-aminobutyric acid provided by the invention can improve the yield and conversion rate of gamma-aminobutyric acid. 本发明提供一种制备γ-氨基丁酸的方法，所述方法包括如下步骤：将谷氨酸与水混合制成料液，用氨水调节所述料液的pH为5.5-6.0；向所述料液中加入辅酶、消泡剂和氨基酸脱羧酶，进行催化反应，生成γ-氨基丁酸。本发明提供的制备γ-氨基丁酸的方法能够提高γ-氨基丁酸的产量和转化率。
