Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials, and particularly discloses high-elongation high-carbon nanotube filled waterborne polyurethane resin and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 52-58 parts of polypropylene glycol polyether polyol, 15-20 parts of isocyanate, 15-20 parts of modified carbon nanotubes, 4-8 parts of neopentyl glycol, 2-5 parts of triethylamine, 1-4 parts of a chain extender containing a sulfonic acid group, 1-3 parts of a catalyst and 50-80 parts of water. A large number of modified carbon nanotubes are added into the waterborne polyurethane resin, so that the elongation of the waterborne polyurethane resin is remarkably improved, the modified carbon nanotubes are good in compatibility and dispersity in a system, the modified carbon nanotubes and polyurethane synthesized by the method have multiple chemical bond effects, and the tensile strength of the waterborne polyurethane resin is improved.
