Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of chemical engineering, and particularly relates to an Al (NMe2) 3 catalyst and a method for preparing diisopropylamine silane by using the same. The preparation method of the catalyst comprises the following steps: respectively mixing LiNMe2 and AlCl3 with n-hexane, adding the n-hexane mixed solution of LiNMe2 obtained in the step 1) into the n-hexane solution of AlCl3 under the condition of ice-water bath, mixing, then heating to 20-30 DEG C, stirring, reacting for 1-8 hours, separating and filtering, and carrying out vacuum concentration and cooling on the obtained filtrate to obtain a colorless crystal, namely Al (NMe2) 3. The method for preparing diisopropylamine silane by using Al (NMe2) 3 comprises the following steps: (1) respectively placing silane, diisopropylamine and a catalyst in a reactor for sealed reaction for 1-6 hours to obtain crude diisopropylamine silane; and (2) rectifying and purifying the crude diisopropylamine silane obtained in the step (1) to obta |
