Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of organic synthesis, in particular to a synthesis method of a 2.5-disubstituted selenophen derivative, and particularly relates to a method for synthesizing the 2.5-disubstituted selenophen derivative from aryl acetylene through one-pot two steps. The method comprises the following steps: by taking aryl acetylene as shown in a formula (II) as an initial raw material, selecting dimethyl sulfoxide/ethanol as a solvent, generating an intermediate aryl diyne as shown in a formula (III) in air under the catalysis of copper, and reacting the reaction product with selenium powder in nitrogen under the condition of amino metal alkali without treating the reaction product to obtain the aryl diyne as shown in the formula (III). And separating and purifying the reaction liquid to obtain the 2.5-disubstituted selenophen derivative shown in the formula (I).
