The invention discloses a construction method of biological activated carbon for treating anthraquinone dyestuff, which comprises the following steps: S1, taking activated sludge of a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant as inoculation sludge, putting into a first LB culture medium containing anthraquinone dyestuff, standing, and carrying out aerobic culture in a shaking table to obtain a primary flora; s2, putting the primary flora into a second LB culture medium containing anthraquinone dye, standing, and carrying out aerobic culture in a shaking table to obtain a microbial flora; s3, soaking the activated carbon with an aqueous solution containing anthraquinone dye until the activated carbon is adsorbed to be saturated, so as to obtain saturated activated carbon; s4, enabling bacterial liquid containing microbial flora to circularly flow in the saturated activated carbon through a constant flow pump until the OD value of the bacterial liquid is kept stable, so as to obtain biological activated ca
