The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing algae and a reaction medium according to a solid-liquid ratio of 50-100g/L, fully stirring, reacting for 3-5 hours under self-generated pressure and at the temperature of 130-150 DEG C, and after the reaction is completed, carrying out suction filtration separation, washing, drying and grinding to obtain the algae hydrothermal carbon material, the reaction medium is a mixed solution of ammonium phosphate and ammonia water. The prepared algae hydrothermal carbon material can be used for improving the physicochemical properties of saline-alkali soil, reducing the pH value and the salt content, and achieving the purpose of increasing the crop yield.
