The system comprises a coal pyrolysis system, a plasma cracking system and a gas extraction system, the coal pyrolysis system converts coal into pyrolysis gas, and the pyrolysis gas is input into the plasma pyrolysis system; the plasma cracking system carries out cracking under the plasma heating condition, gas in the cracking gas is converted into hydrogen, the hydrogen content in the cracking gas is increased, and the obtained cracking gas returns to the coal pyrolysis system again and exchanges heat with coal in the coal pyrolysis system.
