Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of laser films, and particularly discloses a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) composite film capable of being directly subjected to laser holographic mould pressing and a preparation process thereof. The PET composite film comprises a UV offset printing layer, a base film, a mould pressing layer and an aluminum layer, the base film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15 to 25 parts of modified PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), 80 to 90 parts of PET and 5 to 10 parts of modified filler; the mould pressing layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80 to 90 parts of amorphous copolyester, 10 to 20 parts of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), 10 to 20 parts of polybutylene terephthalate and 5 to 15 parts of polyvinyl acetate; the thickness of the UV offset printing layer is 0.5-1 [mu] m, the thickness of the base film is 4-8 [mu] m, the thickness of the mold pressing layer is 0.5-2 [mu] m, and the thickness of the aluminum laye
