Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a vibration isolator with a microporous structure for rail transit, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, rubber mixing: mixing raw rubber with small materials, a filler, a plasticizer, an auxiliary with a microporous structure and a vulcanization system in an internal mixer to obtain mixed rubber; step S2, rubber compound preforming: calendaring the rubber compound obtained in the step S1 to form a preformed rubber sheet with a preset thickness; and S3, pressing and vulcanization are conducted, specifically, the preformed rubber sheet obtained in the step S2 is cut into a preset size, then a plate vulcanizing machine is adopted for forming and vulcanization, and holes in a preset shape are distributed in one surface of a plate mold used in the step S3.
