The chemical exchange saturation displacement imaging probe disclosed by the invention is prepared by coordinating lanthanide metal ion salt with a substrate through a hydrothermal synthesis method; the lanthanide metal ion salt comprises one or more of europium chloride hexahydrate, europium chloride and holmium chloride; the substrate has a guanidyl group and an amino group.
