Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biological medicines, and relates to a blonanserin-loaded sustained release microsphere as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Comprising the following steps: adding blonanserin and PLGA-COOH into an organic solvent according to a mass ratio of 1: (6.5-7.5), and dissolving to prepare an oil phase with the PLGA-COOH concentration of 70-90 mg/mL; dissolving PVA into water to prepare a water phase with the mass concentration of 0.25-1%; and mixing at an oil phase rate of 8-20 [mu] L/min and a water phase rate of 180-300 [mu] L/min by adopting microfluidic to prepare O/W liquid drops, standing, volatilizing, and drying to obtain the O/W nanocrystal. The prepared sustained-release microsphere loaded with blonanserin is higher in drug loading capacity and encapsulation efficiency, and a basis can be provided for the microsphere to release enough blonanserin so as to achieve a long-acting purpose.
