Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a coronary blood flow measurement method and system, and the method comprises the steps: placing a measurement sensor in a target coronary artery, enabling the interior of the measurement sensor to generate temperature change, enabling detection light to enter the measurement sensor, obtaining reflected light, and observing the wavelength change of the detection light and the reflected light, the blood flow velocity of the target coronary artery is calculated according to the wavelength change; acquiring a volume parameter of the target coronary artery; and calculating the blood flow volume of the target coronary artery according to the blood flow velocity and the volume parameter. By means of the arrangement, the blood flow in the coronary artery of different patients can be accurately measured, it is facilitated that FFRCT is utilized for calculation in the follow-up process, and then the measurement accuracy of all parameters is improved. 本发明公开了一种冠脉血流量测量方法和测量系统,所述方法包括将测量传感器放入目标冠脉内,使
