Component mounting device, maintenance device, and state determination method

The component mounting apparatus includes: a sprocket that feeds a carrier tape in a feeding direction; a member transport motor that rotates the drive sprocket; a measurement unit that measures a plurality of motor currents flowing through the component transport motor when the sprocket is rotationally driven a plurality of times within one cycle of the sprocket; a correlation processing unit that derives a correlation between current waveforms of the plurality of measured motor currents; and a determination unit that determines that the sprocket or the component transport motor has poor sliding when the derived correlation is lower than a predetermined reference. 部件安装装置具备：将载带在进给方向上进给的链轮；旋转驱动链轮的部件运送电动机；测量在链轮的1周内多次旋转驱动链轮时的、流过部件运送电动机的多个电动机电流的测量部；导出所测量的多个电动机电流的电流波形的相关性的相关处理部；和在所导出的相关性比给定基准低的情况下判定为链轮或部件运送电动机是滑动不良的判定部。
