Diphosphine compound and complex

Disclosed herein are diphosphine precursor compounds of Formula (I), conjugates thereof of Formula (II), and radionuclide conjugate complexes thereof. The compounds are advantageous at least because they can easily prepare the corresponding complexes clinically in high radiochemical yields and under mild conditions in one step on-the-fly. Methods of making the compounds and complexes herein and uses thereof are also disclosed.
