Compositions and methods for targeted delivery of therapeutic agents

Macromolecular compositions and related methods are provided that enable targeted delivery of therapeutic agents to effector targets in desired cells, tissues and/or organs of interest while minimizing or avoiding undesired delivery to other cells, tissues or organs.
