The embodiment of the invention provides a change-over switch. The change-over switch includes: a housing; a plurality of pairs of first static contacts; at least one carrier (320) movably mounted in the housing (302, 304) and comprising a plurality of pairs of first moving contacts (332a, 332b); and an electromagnetic driving device (310) configured to drive the at least one bearing frame (320) to move in a first direction between a first position and a second position, when the at least one bearing frame (320) is in the first position, each pair of first moving contacts in the plurality of pairs of first moving contacts (332a, 332b) is in contact with a corresponding pair of first static contacts in the plurality of pairs of first static contacts, and when the at least one bearing frame (320) is in the second position, each pair of first moving contacts in the plurality of pairs of first static contacts is in contact with a corresponding pair of second static contacts in the plurality of pairs of first stat
