The optimization and amplification method comprises the following steps: establishing a geometric model of a co-precipitation kettle, performing grid division on the geometric model, and calculating to obtain flow field parameters at different positions in a reaction kettle; constructing a group balance model of the coprecipitation process and a micro-mixing model in the reaction kettle of the coprecipitation process; coupling the group balance model with flow field parameters at different positions in the reaction kettle to obtain a change result of crystal size and distribution in time and space; coupling the micromixing model with the flow field parameters at different positions in the reaction kettle to obtain a component concentration result; and optimizing and amplifying the coprecipitation process of the battery material precursor according to a coupling result.
