The method comprises the following steps: determining one or more to-be-tested sub-components in the reactor internals; performing finite element modeling simulation analysis on each to-be-tested sub-component to obtain component dynamic characteristics of each to-be-tested sub-component, and determining a main frequency value of each to-be-tested sub-component according to the component dynamic characteristics; measuring and calculating a flow-induced vibration load of each to-be-measured sub-component according to a force function empirical formula, and determining a maximum displacement value of each to-be-measured sub-component according to the flow-induced vibration load; judging the relationship between the main frequency value of the current to-be-detected sub-component and the frequency threshold value and the relationship between the maximum displacement value and |
