Comprising the following steps: determining a new control strategy; collecting the input quantity required in the new control strategy; through simulink, a downstream temperature acquisition model of the supercharged intercooler is built for the new control strategy; and importing the input quantity acquired in the step S2 into the acquisition model in the step S3, and running simulation. The method has the beneficial effects that the upstream temperature value of the supercharged intercooler can be accurately obtained through simulation, and the cost of engine parts is reduced.
