The method comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring moving trajectory data, route station data and historical arrival information data of a bus in a recent week from a bus company; (2) processing each complete driving route track data of the bus; (3) obtaining a bus route track by using a route track generation model DK-DP; (4) calculating the distance from the bus to the target station in the historical running state based on a mileage point calculation target station distance model MPS; (5) predicting a bus predicted arrival time model based on XGBoost regression; (6) predicting the predicted time by using a model for predicting the predicted arrival time of the bus; and (7) passenger query and display.
